“My wife moved into a charming but horribly maintained West Village apartment in December 2005.  I don't think the plaster walls had been painted in 10 or 15 years, they reeked of cigars, and they were in terrible shape; the walls were blistered and pock-marked; water damage had led to pastures of stalactites in the window sills;

The transformation was stunning (and achieved with minimal disruption!)  Greg and Koji not only got two design-challenged individuals (us) to independently arrive at a appealing palette of colors, but also completely restored the physical condition of the walls. They were flat as pancake and smooth to the touch. This, despite the fact they were working on a large apartment with 12 foot ceilings for just a few days! I also feel compelled to mention the following:

* Paint Your Apartment is trustworthy. We both work long hours Monday through Friday (and sometimes weekends). Thus, it was necessary to provide the keys to our apartment to PYA so that they could work while we were away. While it may seem odd to open your apartment to complete strangers, I can personally assure you from experience that Greg and Co. are as upstanding and trustworthy as they come.
